Zero Waste Day is May 3

The Andover Recycling Committee's fourth annual Zero Waste Day is Saturday, May 3, from 9 a.m. to noon at the rear of Brickstone Parking lot, Route 28 and York Street. This event is open to residents and nonresidents and provides an opportunity for people to discard unwanted items without throwing them
