Oak Ridge Elementary is using recycling to raise money. The Royal Oak school is collecting used cell phones, laptop computers, PDAs and iPods, and empty laser, inkjet, fax and copier cartridges. The items will be taken to Cartridges for Kids, a program that pays cash for certain recyclable items. Items can be dropped off at Oak Ridge, 506 E. 13 Mile, east of Rochester Road, or picked up by
