Companies paid $1.5 million for S.C. Plaza building
SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The companies that sold the Plaza IV Building in South Charleston to the state for $3.3 million on Aug. 21 bought the structure 20 months earlier for $1.5 million, according to deeds filed in the Kanawha County
