A federal bankruptcy judge ruled yesterday that Comair cannot void its contract with 970 flight attendants to impose pay cuts, a request the regional airline said was a key to its cost-cutting plan needed to stay in business. Judge Adlai Hardin in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York said in his ruling that requirements of the bankruptcy law that would allow the rejection of a collective bargaining
