Throat
Throat microphones are used in two-way radio communication. These devices are attached to one's neck near the vocal cord. These microphones pick up vibration signals from the voice rather than the surroundings, enabling communication without any external disturbances. Throat microphones are specially designed where secrecy has to be maintained. The base model of throat microphones consists of a headphone and clip buttons. But there are variations in the specifications of these headsets and clip buttons. At present, a single throat mic can be used for all applications. Previously it was not so, it varies according to the voice vibrations. Throat microphones do not need any special installation
